Windows 10

From October 23, 2025 Windows 10 will not be supported anymore by Microsoft.

Available options for your device to continue receiving security updates:

Option 1:

• Replace with compatible/newer hardware and install Windows 11 : See the dedicated page

Option 2: Activate Windows 10 ESU Year 1 on device (available via CMF)​

• Alternative for devices which cannot be technically migrated to Windows 11 (due to hardware or software constraints).​
• Enables security updates but does not offer official support from Microsoft, feature updates or bug fixes – until October 2026 for Y1.​
• No reinstallation needed.​
• Solution for TN (activating it without Internet) is being investigated.​

Option 3: Reinstall under Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 (available on request)​

• Alternative for critical systems that require stability.​
• Limited functionality, supported by Microsoft until January 2029​
• Requires reinstallation.
