Repairing Windows hardware
Warranty repair on CERN standard computing devices (monitors, laptops, desktops, workstations).
If you encounter any hardware problem on a supported device (bought via CERN Stores), you have to open a ticket with your dedicated computing technical support.
The technical crew will take care to make a diagnostic, bring your faulty machine, open a ticket with the related vendor and then inform you when the repair has been done.
