Windows 10

Currently supported version of Windows 10 at CERN according to Microsoft lifecycle schedule.

All recent hardware models have been validated for Windows 10 x64.

Windows 11 (Recommended)

Windows 11 is available in DIANE**

• A package is also available in CMF for machines already having Windows 10 2004 or higher to be upgraded.

Windows 7

From January 14, 2020 Windows 7 is not supported anymore by Microsoft.
